Cancellation rights
UK consumer cancellation and faulty-goods rights apply. Because IPL devices are personal-care electrical products, an opened hygiene seal may affect whether a change-of-mind return can be accepted; this does not remove rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control.
