Devices are sourced to order from the UK supplier named in our internal order record. We currently accept delivery addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Availability check
Supplier stock and promotions can change. We recheck the exact UK model after payment. If we cannot secure the ordered item on acceptable terms, we will cancel and refund the order rather than substitute another model without consent.
Tracking
We send tracking or delivery information when it becomes available from the supplier. Delivery timing depends on the selected supplier and address and is not guaranteed by a generic website estimate.
